Farhan Aidil

Farhan is a Juris Doctor candidate at Singapore Management University with a background in intellectual property management and legal research.

 

He plays an active role in LES Singapore, supporting the IP Licensing Module at SUSS and coordinating the Basic and Intermediate Licensing Courses in collaboration with IPOS International.

 

Farhan’s interdisciplinary experience spans both the public and private sectors, with interests in technology law, IP commercialization and corporate compliance.

 

He has held positions at A*STAR, NTU and Yinson, where he supported patent prosecution, contracts management and trademark registration efforts.

 

With growing expertise in data protection and technology law, he is passionate about advancing legal innovation and navigating through emerging regulations in Singapore and beyond.

 

Passionate about law and public service, he actively contributes to legal policy discussions and volunteers in community legal clinics and outreach programs.
