Mohan Das

Mohan Das is the Head of Legal of Nanyang Technological University – NTUitive Pte Ltd (NTUitive) which is the Innovation and Enterprise subsidiary of Nanyang Technological University (NTU). NTUitive is responsible for the management and commercialisation of NTU’s Intellectual Property.

At NTUitive, Mohan’s main role is in working with NTUitive’s business units in negotiating and closing IP commercialisation deals as well as advising on the corporate matters arising from the commercialisation of NTU’s IP, such as funding/investment agreements, in relation to NTUitive’s licensees. He also advises on the IP management and commercialisation issues in NTU’s research agreements.

Mohan is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore Bar, and has past experience as a litigator, having dealt with both contentious and non-contentious IP matters whilst in legal practice.

He has served as a past Treasurer of LES Singapore and is currently a member of its Executive Committee.
