In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026  with its Give to Gain Campaign, Licensing Executives Society (Singapore) together with IPOS Society and World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO Singapore Office is proud to jointly launch 𝐓𝐡𝐞 Singapore 𝐈𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞.
 
𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐨 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐧 is a worldwide call to support the advancement for all women, in this case for our IP Community by sharing knowledge and encouragement from those that have gone down the path before you. The program is designed to support women and their male allies whether you are in your early career, mid-career, attorney or non-attorney working in the IP field.
 
Participants benefit not only from local mentorship, but also from connectivity to both international and local platforms through WIPO, LES International Women-In-Licensing-Alliance (WILA) and IPOS Society network, creating opportunities for cross‑border perspective, dialogue, and professional growth.

We are looking for curious and passionate mentees seeking advice and experience to navigate your personal and professional development from global and experienced IP leaders. We welcome interest from both female IP professionals and their supportive male allies!
 
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿? 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂!
Individuals or IP seniors who are passionate and open minded to share your expertise and support, improve interpersonal and leadership qualities, reinforce your knowledge and skills and grow your network!
 
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐆 𝐈𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 will be conducted over a 4 month period (Apr to Aug 2026).
 
Selected mentors and mentees and their pairings will be notified by an email confirmation by 𝟮𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in time for the upcoming World IP Day.
