Faith has over 20 years’ experience helping clients successfully structure, negotiate and document corporate and commercial deals, completing transactions with a combined value exceeding US$30 billion. Faith set up a legal department of a pharmaceutical operation in Sydney, as their first General Counsel, after assisting them in acquiring the pharmaceutical business. In addition, Faith has worked in top corporate law firms in Sydney and London, including working on complex and innovative transactions requiring cutting-edge technical excellence.
