Licensing Executives Society (Singapore), in partnership with House of Knowledge (HoK) and with the support of A*STAR – Agency for Science, Technology and Research,ย hosted an interactive workshop focused on strategic IP decisionโmaking for research and technology transfer environments.
The session brought together about 50 participants from across the IP, legal, technology transfer, and research communities for a highly interactive learning experience. Delivered through aย seriousโgameย format facilitated by Magnus Hakvรฅg and Hรฅvard Almรฅs of House of Knowledge (HoK),ย the workshop challenged participants to work in teams on realistic licensing and technology transfer scenarios, mirroring the complexities of realโworld decisionโmaking.
Through discussion, analysis, and handsโon collaboration, participants explored how strategic IP choices can shape successful research translation and business outcomes. The workshop underscored the value of experiential learning and crossโsector dialogue in strengthening the innovation ecosystem.
