Please be informed that our Annual General Meeting is coming up next month and will be held in person on Tuesday 31st May 2022 commencing at 5:00 pm at Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP, 80 Raffles Place #33-00 UOB Plaza 1, Singapore 048624. Please save this date and time in your calendar.
Part of the agenda of our Annual General Meeting is to elect the members of the Executive Committee for 2022/23. You should have received the Nomination form in your email. If any of you would be keen to stand for election or to nominate someone, please send the nomination form to secretary@les-singapore.com by 8 May 2022 (Sunday). If you cannot attend the meeting physically, voting will need to be done via proxy and time will be needed to prepare and circulate the proxy forms, your adherence to this timeline would be appreciated.
If anyone has any matter to raise at the Annual General Meeting, please also let us know by 8 May 2021 (Sunday).
