LES SG x House of Knowledge Workshop: Strategic IP Decision‑Making Through a Serious Game
Licensing Executives Society Singapore, in collaboration with House of Knowledge and with the support of Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), is pleased to present an interactive, in‑person workshop focused on strategic decision‑making around intellectual property in research and innovation environments.
This session will be delivered through War Room – University Edition, a facilitated serious game designed to encourage discussion, analysis, and hands‑on learning.
About the Workshop
War Room presents a scenario where participants play as themselves, working in teams and engaging directly with the game. Using a shared game canvas and information cards, teams will:
- Analyse information relevant to IP and innovation strategy
- Make informed, strategic decisions based on available insights
- Adapt their strategies in response to changing circumstances and “incidents” introduced during gameplay
- Share experiences and perspectives with peers from the research and innovation ecosystem
The workshop is designed to simulate real‑world challenges in translating research into impactful IP and business outcomes.
